Over the course of 30 years of presence in the Polish hoisting equipment market, from a small team of 5 people we have grown to become a large, thriving company, with the Rialex brand known and appreciated throughout Poland and the world.

In 1992, the Polish company Rialex Crane Systems is established in Kluczbork (Opole Province).

In the mid-1990s, we start cooperation with Wampfler, Flender, and Abus. We also introduce our own product to the market – SEMS Rialex.

We carry out our first major investment – the design and delivery of overhead cranes for Huta Częstochowa SA.

We are strengthening our position in the energy and smelting industries.

In cooperation with design offices from Germany and Russia, we prepare numerous designs of non-standard gantry and overhead travelling cranes.

In 2003, we implement the ISO 9001:2000 system.

We complete further large-impact projects for KGHM Polska Miedź, Mittal Steel Poland SA in Kraków and Stalprodukt SA Bochnia.

We also sign a partnership agreement with SWF Krantechnik – a leading manufacturer of hoisting equipment.

Rialex Crane Systems now employs over 80 people.

We receive numerous prestigious awards and certificates (Transparent Company; Business Gazelles).

In 2008, we conduct our then largest foreign project: The Knauf – Pocerady Power Plant in the Czech Republic.

In 2009, we enter the Lithuanian market, to modernise more than ten electric locomotives together with GINO GmbH Rialex.

2010 brings us our first order in South America, to coordinate and supervise the installation of overhead cranes in the halls of a newly created industrial complex near Rio de Janeiro. We also negotiate with potential recipients of our equipment in South Africa.

Since 2015, we have been an authorised distributor of SWF Krantechnik products for Poland.

In 2019, the majority share in Rialex is taken over by Formopex – we become a part of the Adamietz capital group. This opens up new development opportunities for us.

In 2022, we conduct our first major automation project: ‘Demonstrator of large-size sheet metal coil logistics management technology with the participation of artificial intelligence techniques’
