In order to eliminate the shortcomings associated with the traditional fixed fastening of the rails to the concrete substrate, Rialex Crane Systems has developed and implemented the SEMS Rialex flexible rail fastening system, which is a great alternative to foreign solutions. The system allows for fixing, while maintaining the possibility of lateral adjustment of the rail arrangement, as well as flexible local washers mounted under the rail foot. The washers dampen dynamic vibrations and noise and transfer favourable load distribution to the structure. Clamps, made of high-strength steel, are forged in dies, which significantly increases the strength parameters of the product.
