The SWF NOVA L monorail hoist with an extremely low structure is unrivalled in terms of access dimensions. The load is lifted without moving the hook, which further limits the pendulum movement of the load. The machine is equipped with a very large rope drum that protects the rope with extreme effectiveness.

Design, delivery and installation of advanced rail handling systems. Our four-crane system was designed for handling of up to 5 rails with a length of 75 metres. It also uses 16 hoists with a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes for handling up to 5 rails with a length of 300 metres. Both systems are managed by PLC controllers, equipped with automatic functions to support the operator’s work and full diagnostics to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the machines. In addition, the machines were equipped with electromagnetic traverses. The project was carried out as part of cooperation with Gzut Gliwice.
