Rialex Crane Systems has successfully completed another project in the field of hydrotechnical infrastructure. The scope of work included the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a suspended bar screen cleaner with a lifting capacity of 1600 kg, dedicated to continuous operation in a hydropower plant located on the Oder River. The implemented solution enables operation in three control modes: manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic. The bar screen cleaner is equipped with a cable-suspended rake and a hydraulically operated flap that ensures precise debris collection. The effective lifting capacity of the rake is 750 kg, while all removed debris is transported directly to a container, allowing for continuous, maintenance-free operation. The project was executed on schedule and in compliance with current technical standards. Thanks to this, the solution ensures reliability, safety, and high operational efficiency, even under demanding hydrotechnical conditions.
